Many of our databases allow you to limit your searches to peer-reviewed (sometimes called "scholarly") articles. Even without the limiter, most of them indicate which articles are peer reviewed. However, if you have an article from elsewhere, you can try looking the journal up in our Journal Search (where peer-reviewed journals are marked with a purple book icon and say "peer reviewed") or in Ulrich's (where peer-reviewed journals are indicated with a black-and-white-striped shirt that looks like a referee shirt).
